capture the presents

A cozy competitive couch coop capture the flag presents game. Play with 2-4 players to capture the most presents and win the game.

In each map there will be presents semi-randomly distributed around trees, and two homes. Players can collect presents from the map, and take them back to their homes. Once a team has claimed the majority of the presents, they win the round! 

Players can throw snowballs to slow down other players and cause them to drop presents they are carrying. Snowmen will also throw snowballs at nearby players, but can be allied by throwing snowballs at them. 

Players can only carry one present at a time, and if they get hit with a snowball the present will be dropped and will need picked back up. The first player to drop off a present at a house will claim that house for that team. 

Each map offers a slightly different challenge due to the layout and amount of presents, but the rules are the same.

Controls:

- Movement: Left joystick, WASD

- Throw snowball: X (controller), Space or E (on keyboard)

- Pick up present: Just walk into one, they're picked up on contact

- Drop present: A (controller), Q (keyboard)

- Run: L2, or R2, or L1, or R1 (L2/R2 don't seem to always work in the browser), shift (keyboard)

Note: Although there is a "one player" option, it's more  of a practice mode to check out the maps and there is no AI to play against at this time.

Note 2: Keyboard controls only work for player 1, all other players must use gamepads
